How to Limit the growth of household waste sent to incinerators and landfills that pollute the environment such as plastic? Imagine a world where gigantic amounts of plastic waste can be converted into useful resources again and used for other purposes. Plastic performed at elevated temperatures to be converted into:(diesel, and fuel gas) through a 25⁰ exit angle 1. To reduce the slope the liquid and gas ascend with, and thus increase the speed of its flow and reduce the time. 2. In order not to hinder the gas movement as in the angle (90⁰) tube so it is not preferred. That’s the point of difference to reach the main design requirement (time). The main product is diesel, but there are other products formed (e.g., Char). The test showed 80.9wt% liquid product, 17.2 wt% char remained, while 1.9 wt% gaseous product was evolved. It is exposed to a very low temperature to fast the condensation process by increasing the (Δt) to increase the (Q) due to this formula: Q=mcΔt. A water bottle is put: 1. To benefit from the free gas produced which is flowed through a plastic tube to be reused and directed to the flame again. 2. To absorb CO₂ emissions from the combustion reaction.
